Sandra Ballester
UKCP Psychotherapist, supervisor and autogenic therapist
Hello. I’m a UKCP psychotherapist, supervisor and an autogenic therapist. My psychotherapy approach is a mix of psychodynamic (looking at our personal history in depth) and transpersonal (incorporating our sense of purpose and meaning). My preference is for long term work however I occasionally do short term and time-limited work too. I’ve been in private practice since 2001 helping a wide range of people and work in person at Eudaemonia and online.
My work is structured on a weekly-slot basis, and this rhythm of regular, confidential meetings provides the foundation for safe reflection and growth. I offer a thoughtful and grounded space for you to explore your challenges and move toward meaningful change.
I provide supervision to practitioners of talking therapies of several different modalities and am a UKCP listed supervisor. I abide by the ethical and professional guidelines of the UKCP, BACP and BAS and have regular supervision with a senior supervisor. All our sessions are strictly confidential, and my supervisor has no access to your personal details. Your data is kept secure according to GDPR regulations.
